Journaling for Health

This series of meditations is designed to jumpstart your healing process through writing. Journaling is a powerful means of dipping beneath the conscious mind to gain fresh insights on current challenges, and of accessing the proven healing power of expressing repressed thoughts and feelings. You’ll reduce stress, lift your mood, access deep inner wisdom, and gain lasting benefits in your health and well-being. Track I contains a guided relaxation, suitable for daily use to unwind and relax.

The meditations are enhanced by the Celtic Harp music of Jerry Marchand.

This CD is priced at $12.98 plus $5 shipping and handling. You can order it directly from me by clicking the yellow button to pay with PayPal, or buy through Amazon. You can listen to excerpts at DigStation – Indie Music Downloads

Praise for Journaling for Health CD

“Based on my experience, I would recommend this CD to anyone working with a health issue, just setting out on a path of self-discovery, or in desperate need of stress relief but without a lot of time or energy (the guided relaxation on track one is 11 minutes during which you DO nothing). It would also make a thoughtful gift for someone in one of these circumstances. People who keep a journal—or would like to—can also benefit from the invitations to listen inward and creatively explore.”

“The CD arrived yesterday and I am loving it! Your voice is so soothing. I expect to be hearing it a lot. Thanks for putting it out there.”

“Lovely CD. I especially like “The Teaching.” Thank you for creating this for your/the journaling and yoga students.”
