I am a Colorado-based writer with over 25 years of experience specializing in health and wellness, medicine, disabilities, seniors, and inspirational profiles. I have written hundreds of articles for national and local magazines, trade journals, websites, and newspapers and am the author of books on adaptive skiing for disabilities and journal writing. I am also a licensed physical and massage therapist and certified yoga teacher.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, skiing, and camping in the Colorado Rockies, and traveling throughout the United States and abroad.
